Andy Willums is a seasoned leader in Project, Program and Portfolio Management; Agile; and Process Improvement. He has managed hundreds of projects, led multiple PMOs, and implemented several PPM tools. Andy holds certifications as a PMP, CSM, CSSM, and Six Sigma Black Belt, with extensive experience in SW-CMM and CMMI. He earned an MA in Management from Bellevue University and an MS in Computer and Information Science from Troy University. A U.S. Air Force veteran and Eagle Scout, Andy is a proven leader dedicated to excellence.
