With a diverse background that includes direct patient care as a military medic in the US Navy and Army, Chris brings a unique perspective to process improvement. He has extensive experience instructing clinical and administrative personnel on Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS), mentoring LSS Yellow, Green, and Black Belts. Chris has a proven track record of improving clinical and operational processes and has notable expertise in patient call centre process improvement within healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Currently, Chris leads clinical process improvement projects across 12 hospitals, facilitating Kaizen events, managing stakeholders and change, deploying solutions, and tracking KPIs.
