Join us for a special community session for a first look at CpEX, the Council Process Exchange Platform. CpEX is a council-led and PRIME BPM facilitated initiative, giving Australian councils a shared platform to exchange real-world processes, procedures and business rules with their peers — 11 leading councils already on board, and growing.

As councils are asked to do more with less, mapping and improving the same services in isolation no longer makes sense. CpEX lets member councils see how their peers are working, build on processes that are already proven, and move straight to improvement instead of starting from a blank page.

What you’ll learn

• How councils can build on each other’s work to accelerate transformation
• How to access, adapt and build on tried-and-tested processes from your peers instead of starting from scratch
• How joining the exchange cuts duplicated effort and frees up time for service delivery, not documentation
• How contributing your own processes strengthens the exchange for every council on the platform

Join council leaders and transformation professionals from across Australia to get a sneak peek into CpEX and find out how your council can get access.
